On the banks of the river Dranse which runs into Morzine, you can ski, walk, bike, climb or amble into town directly from the apartment. Summer's alpine meadows are in easy reach, and in the winter your ski lift is less than one minute's walk away. Even better - the ski run ends feet from the front door!
The nearby Telepherique de Nyon takes you up to an area of over 650km of slopes; the Portes de Soleil. 12 linked resorts saddle the border of France and Switzerland.
Morzine is a beautiful and quaint alpine town, offering great restaurants and enjoyable nightlife for those looking for it. There is also a pool and tennis courts on offer. The towns of Annecy, Chamonix and Geneva can all be reached within an hour's drive.
